For the last eight years Julie Alvarez has satisfied patients at our East Irving location. For the past two of those years, she has served as Clinic Manager, personally seeing to it that every patient is satisfied with their dental work, and that they leave feeling confident in their smile. In fact, she says that her favorite part of the job is seeing patients walk out of the office with the smile they’ve always wanted. Together, she and her staff ensure patients feel like they are appreciated and valued. Everyone on her team is friendly and always willing to answer patients’ questions, so that patients understand fully what to expect of the treatments they are receiving. The clinic sees many kids and makes it a point to spend extra time to explain to them how the procedures will work and calm their nerves. The team understands that young patients often need extra care and attention, so they take the time to give them extra attention. The team also works closely with parents of young children, to make sure they stay informed about their child’s treatments and are comfortable with how to encourage good oral hygiene at-home. During each visit, the team aims to show how much they genuinely care about patients, by taking the time to make each interaction a pleasant one. This is the reason that the team has earned a reputation as such a friendly and courteous staff. The staff and doctors work to build a bond with patients, helping ease their fears or worries about receiving dental treatments. Patients express how much they appreciate being made to feel so welcome.
